We did not have a satisfying experience with the doctor. Based on the reviews we came in with high expectations however they were not met in the slightest. The doctor was vague in giving medical advice to my parents, who felt his tone was rude for first time patients who were clueless and wanted guidance for thyroid treatment. Their queries were not answered satisfactorily. His prescription also affected my father in a negative manner with severe side effects and breathing problems. My mother was getting thyroid treatment in Delhi and was getting relief. After moving to Mumbai in 2019, her condition became worse. In the last 6 months, she finally started getting relief again at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Andheri, Mumbai. Now that she has come back to Noida, we visited this doctor. After listening to her history for a few minutes, he said the problem was not related to thyroid and immediately suggested a ₹2,000 neurology test through his receptionist. Test karao, 20 minutes baad phir milo. I was shocked. A thyroid specialist became a neurologist in just 15 minutes. Very disappointing experience.
