Our diabetes, thyroid, obesity, and other health resources, including blogs and videos, are designed to help you learn more about your health and related conditions. They aren’t a diagnosis, a prescription or a substitute for seeing a doctor. Please don’t start, stop or change any medicine because of something you read here. Mentions of specific medicines, including newer ones such as tirzepatide, are educational and don’t mean a medicine is right for you. Only a consultation can decide that.
No doctor-patient relationship online
Browsing the site, filling in a form, or messaging us on WhatsApp doesn’t create a doctor-patient relationship. That begins only once Dr. Kapoor has consulted you, in the clinic or through a teleconsultation conducted under the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020.
Emergencies
We can’t handle emergencies through this website, email or messaging. If you have severe symptoms such as chest pain, confusion, breathlessness, fainting or very high or low blood sugar, go to the nearest hospital or call 112.
Appointments
Bookings are made through our partner platform, Eka Care, whose own terms apply to that process. Consultation fees and any cancellation or rescheduling rules will be shared with you at the time of booking. Please give accurate details so we can reach you. If a doctor’s schedule changes, we’ll contact you to rebook.
Our commitment on advertising
We follow NMC norms on medical advertising. We don’t publish patient testimonials, promise cures or guarantee results, and we don’t compare ourselves with other doctors. Outcomes vary between patients because every body responds differently.
Your responsibilities
Please use the site lawfully. Don’t misuse the contact form, submit false or someone else’s information, attempt to breach site security, or copy and republish our content to mislead others.
