What we collect

• When you contact us: your name, phone number, email and the message you send through the contact form, email, WhatsApp or phone.
• When you book: appointments run through our booking partner, Eka Care. The details you enter there are handled under Eka Care’s own privacy terms as well as this policy.
• Automatically: basic technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, through cookies and standard analytics tools.

We don’t collect medical records through this website. Please don’t send reports, prescriptions or detailed symptoms through the contact form or social media messages. Share them during your consultation.

How we use it
We use your details to reply to queries, confirm appointments, send reminders and improve the website. We don’t sell your data or use it to send unrelated promotions.

Patient confidentiality
Whatever you tell Dr. Kapoor during a consultation, in person or online, stays confidential under the medical professional conduct regulations of the National Medical Commission. We disclose it only with your consent, when the law requires it, or when it’s needed to protect someone from serious harm. Online consultations follow the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. Clinical records are maintained and kept for the period professional regulations require.

Who can see your information
Only clinic staff who need it to help you, and service providers such as our website host, booking platform and analytics tools. They may process data only on our behalf and must protect it. We share data with authorities only when legally compelled.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Deletion won’t apply to medical records we must retain by law.

Children
Where a patient is under 18, we collect information only from a parent or guardian, with their consent.
